i like it. it makes everything quite simple, though for beginners, they may not understand specular lighting and all that stuff.

It's Like Someone Just Padded Me On The Backl :D

But You Made A Good Point.
So Fellow Friends.
Specular Is The Brightest Point Of The Form, Normally The One Directly Facing The Light.

Diffuse Lighting Is The "Natural" Colour Of The Form.

Core Shadow Is The Place Where Light Strike Tangent To The Form.
The Place Where Light Is No Longer Facing The Form.

Cast Shadow Is...Well........Cast Shadow.

Reflected Light Is The "Shaded" Part Of The Form That Recieve "Bounce" Light From A Wall Nearby It.

neat. Could you do one about dynamic poses and foreshortening? I always have trouble measuring proportions with those. Still do with standing figures, lol.

What should the blocked face look like if it is looking up down forward etc
