In the future I'll probably create A in-depth technical execution of it, but then again, it's not like I'm very good in anime to begin with.
In very simple terms: These three steps are what it's all about, what you see is what you get :p

No offence man, but this is useless to everyone, the reason? Well its becasue you havent shown or explained anything, and whats more, sorry if this offends you but the pic isnt good enough to be used as an example of anime.
Yes you did break it down into 3 pics, but so what if its useless. A tutorial is only as good as the back ground information behind it, for example if there is somone who doesnt even know how to break the human body down into shapes, they will try and copy it without understanding, and they will end up worse they they started.

um... first we'll ask is...
how did you color it where the color doesn't go over your lineart?
you don't have to explain it to me but for the noobs looking at this, they may get lost in parts 2-3.

None taken muzzoid, though it would be hard pressed for me to say anybody's work is "useless", it's interesting that you can say it so smoothly :)
I do agree that at this current state it's not as useful as a full scale elaboration on photoshop layering and such.
I will create an indepth elaboration in the time to come muzzoid, and I'll love to hear from your feedback again hopefully from a more supportive point of view.
I respect the fact that you so strongly believe that my work isn't good enough for anime, I do admit that I have a lot of room for improvement.
Please find it in your heart to forgive my inferiority.

OK muzzoid, I get it, it's useless.

I'll hope that you'll lend me your support when I've come around to create an indepth tutorial :D

In photoshop, put the outline layer [In my case, the blue outline on white paper] on the top layer, set it the mode to "multiply".
Now you can paint whatever you want on the bottom layer and the lines on the top layer [the line drawings] will graciously appear on top of it :D
Ik maybey i was a lil harsh, though im glad you have taken my comments to heart, its not completly useless i just used the wrong word. And no im not saying that your work is bad, but i believe that in order for somone to create a tutorial they need to know %110 about the subject. I look back at my mecha tutorial and i realise that i probobywant in the best position to create a tutorial on the methods i used there either :).
ill also add a bit of criticism for your pic.
First of all i think that you have yo work on improving line quality, it may be just a bad scan, but when i look at it i do not see a completly confident line, secondly i think yu need to do some more studies on fold, but im not one to talk on that matter so i cant offer advice on that,
and lastly your lightsource isnt definate enough on the coloured pic, and its crying out for some highlights :).
hope i helped :).
