indeed almost everything is off. Try sketching and drawing figures without attributes like baggy pants and stuff first to get a good idea of proportions and poses.

Serious anatomical problems. Lexar has the right idea; definately try drawing some normal figures before going for action poses such as this one.

i suggest that you throw away the clothes and start with the body first. pretend that clothes were not invented yet (sorry, bad example.) the pants...they look like they are section with each section filled with nails and all kinds of stuff. i suggest looking at photos for study- or real people!

I suggest start a whole new picture, and try drawing out the parts of the body first before actually making it. And work on folds, seriously.

And just something I think many people know already but:..
Well if you know this is crap, don't you think you'd be able to see the problems with your picture and fix them on your own? Because the problems are quite obvious.
So I suggest try harder if you actually want to see improvement because there is a lot that can be made.
