Well, not bad for a quick sketch! I would like to see this baby inked up some time. I know, I'm not really helping... here goes my crit.
The problem I find I have when confronted with complex settings, I really really really have to think about perspective. You seem to have done that a little bit, its at least obvious to me, so your doing something right. I like the atmospheric effects going on in the background. Your figures are interesting. I kinda want to know what happened! A gun some blood and a woman and a man presumably dead. A storm erupts on the horizon cascading over (to be quite honest) cardboard cut out mountains and trees. It kinda looks like a stage or a play perhaps?
As I said before, Pretty cool for a sketch. Keep at it Cheesy!

Um I don't think anyones been shot in that pic... thats not a gun thats a pair of thongs ( or flip-flops as some people call it) and the guy and chick are romantically sleeping on a blanket... as for crits, even though it's a rough sketch as you said, you could still do a bit better detail with directions of lines and shading with the mountains that are further in the back...also, what are they sleeping on? I thought it was either a really wide train or the roof of houses...but had me thinking about the former because they dont really fit with the perspective. Good drawing overall it seems like a nice calm environment to me.

I can't believe I saw a gun and blood. I guess I'm so used to seeing that violent anime-style work I just made the assumption. My apologies, cheesy.

hokay, thanks for the crits, LLPerks: no problem...others confused that too... :] and McGarnacle...: its actually the roof of some apartments, but i drew them really narrow...to fit the paper, and they curve around like that, so yeah i did think about the perspective, and its never been a problem for me, however this was all from my memory of monday night, so i know in theory its about right, not necesarily perfect. and yes...it was just 2 people sleeping romantically...not dead
Thanks again all, i really think i butchered it when i started scribbling the BG.,..im thinkin of cleaning it up...howver ive decided i suck at inkin...so when i get it cleaned up maybe if someone wants to ink it they can ..who knows

nice...the feet are off for both...what are they on; a train or something.

The camera angle at which both characters are drawn are off. The one on the right looks as if shes drawn from higher up. Perhaps it is an issue with the foreshortening.

k, so the feet dont look like theyre touching the ground, but anatomically they seem correct...i once drew a pic with 2 left feet, and that was embarrasing..
