the slide on the gun is going the wrong direction. it should slide back, not forward. sliding forward means it's falling off.

the stick figure one is kind of ....eh. moves too quickly i think. i would slow both of them down. (and fix the slide direction on the second one.)

e.p.

Put some effort into your pictures. If you take your time (details and stuff) you will produce much cooler gifs.

I thought that's what I did. If you're not happy with them, may I ask what kind of comments you want?

the last one looks like a good simplified version of what (after drawn out) could look pretty sweet.
I also recommend buying a Wacom tablet
goto: www.compuplus.com they have good prices ^^

its a pen and pad that basically allow you to draw on your computer you want it because it looks way better than drawing with a mouse.

You really don't need it, I've never used one (except for my autocad work). You can do fine drawings with your mouse, it just needs practice like everything else.

lol, gmp, there is no way a mouse could ever be as accurate and affective as a tablet ^^ I mean... it has a digital eraser built into the top end of the pen!! Cmon! :)

I've only made a few gifs, but you need some special software for it. Adobe Image Ready works, but isn't the best. You pretty much have to draw out every frame by hand and put them all on a different layer. Then you can change what layer is visible in each frame.

Sorry, god doesn't post here anymore.

A tablet is no better then a mouse, just faster.

Flash MX 2004 Pro is the best for frame animation, export in flash movies, or gif's! ^^ your welcome.

Try out the demo. It's the full program, but with a 30 day trial.
