k these thingy's be Gigar i tryed deforming a human and it turned out like this...sorry bout the crappyness

Not even sure what "crappiness" you're refering to, but I thought it was funny. ;)
Anyway, looks like a nice start - I might suggest adding a little more muscle definition... I'm sure they're supposed to be thin and sleek... but maybe adding "runner's muscles" (thin, long, well defined, but not buldging) could add a nice touch. Also would like to see a little more detail around the head/face area... (eyes, nostrils, teeth?, etc). Keep it up, look forward to an update. :)

Yeah a nice start, I assume you mean HR Giger as in the guy behind the Alien work? If so, his stuff's referred to as 'bio-mechanical', so if you want to incorporate some similar elements in your work, you might want to look at some studies of human muscles, and blend them with machinery and mechanical type structures to get a smiliar effect. Lovely feminine attributes lol, keep it up.

no i have no idea who gigar is but ty for the idea ill try it on ps :D ...but they are supposted to be sleaky...can someone give me an example of runners muscle? im not to good on muscles or anything of the such so ima definetly need help with that but ill try when i get home...

btw...how do the hands look?

Hey, I thought you were going for more of a cross-breed human/velociraptor type character, but either way, have a look at the following:
