Seriously, I read a big long rundown of one of the really early screenings. Sure that doesn't say that it'll suck for sure, but they have a lot of improving to do.

I dont know why they dont just give people what they WANT. A remake of ff7 with extra stuff. Im sure that alone would have been way cheaper than this damn movie. Add this movie to all the other ff7 spinoffs and you end up with a budget way bigger than a simple remake which would actually sell well.

The only thing I support of this ff7 franchise hoopla is crisis core on psp. Handhelds need more lengthy single player games.

Anyway, I think it looks amazing. I don't know what the hell the story is going to be about, and even if that's lame, it looks like it's going to be entertaining.

There making another sequel to FFVII staring Vincent Valentine.

Its called Final Fantasy VII: *something somehing* Cerberus.

Could be on PSP or PS2, no idea, but it looked interesting to say the least.

Remake of FFVII would have definately worked. How do I know? One of the "Technical Demos" at E3 showed a remade version of the Beginning of FFVII, but they said shortly after that it was only made to show graphic capabilities of the PS3.... which looked excellent by the way.... Im just upset cuz my sister criticises me about liking RPG games. I wanted to show her why I liked FFVII so much, but the game is too old , and she wont understand a thing.

Well HMMMM last i checked i dont think this forum is for dissing FFVII. And if you dont like the movie or think that square is being a complete idiot, you can keep that to yourself and NOT piss others off just because you want to let the world know you hate the movie and think the ppl who like it r dumb. Personally it seems awesome and i cant wait for it to come out. That's why I've been saying that the PSP's video playing capabilities are moronic right from the start.

Not only will it cost more money, you won't be able to watch it on anything but your PSP. I don't care if I can watch a movie in the car, if I can't watch it on my TV from the comfort of my own couch.

There's a little case thing that holds up the PSP, and has 2 speakers built in it. But id still rather watch it on my TV screen.

WOW those are some nice pictures.....other than the fact you can notice that the final fantasy VII logo has been pasted onto it along with other crap :) so dont get confused. Well all i really know is that theres around 100 more days till it comes out in North America. And thats about all that i got from the North American Official Site, lol.

Well, it looks like a two hour long Final Fantasy cutscene.

So I doubt it'll be a good movie, but it'll be better then Spirits Within at least.

And before you people get mad at me for saying it won't be a good movie, here is a list of things you will NOT see in it.

Good writing, good acting, character development.
These things will be replaced by; crazy monsters, chocobos, and cool sword fights.

At least it will look cool.

Yeah, it looked cool, and it had some cool looking monsters, but plot-wise I'm expecting the worst. Also I hope they get different voice actors when they release it in the USA, because the japanese ones were horrible. The music was pretty mad too, I don't see much hope in that being changed for the us release though.

It seems like it could be good if I just got completely baked first, so I wouldn't pay attension to, or remember the story, and could just fully concentrate on "That looks cool"

wheelchair guy is Rufus, or so goes the educated word on the street. Everyone hated cait sith but my crew...so sad. haha.

If you watch all the trailers you can see hints of a white suit under the cloth covering the wheel chair guy. The other trailers also show more of reno/rude.

That is so cool!! Is she sewing it herself? Where did she get the pattern? Make sure you take plenty of pictures and post them to the board. I was thinking of dress as Pain in her Lady Luck outfit that's my favorite.
