You might run into problems with this, so be careful. ColdFusion is a Macromedia product as well as a web host. While owning a website with a similar name is fine, if you dare to sell or market anything with that name, both can eat you up the wazoo.

What I had no freagin idea.....I hope they don't...naaa they can't....or willl..they..well...I dont think I'm breaking any laws

yea, but cold Fusion is a type of fusion and I don't see how anyone could really take that name and apply it to something else and say it's theirs...and If they did, I would kick them all. and It's allaire not macromedia, unless those are somehow related.

He's fine as long as he doesn't market anything with ColdFusion on it.
