Socom 2 or MOH European Assault?

Ok chums, i need some help:

Im going out at the weekend to buy a PS2 game.

I want a shooter (preferebly war) and i want to be able to do online multiplayer.

Any ideas

I know it old but at the moment Im thinking Killzone

I was going to buy Battlefield:Modern Combat but its been postponed AGAIN!!!!

The internet is at your fingertips, that should help.

Just don't get Killzone, you'll probably be disappointed, although it's cheap now so if you want, give it a try I suppose. Just don't expect anything mind-blowing.

SOCOM II , solid gameplay and is one of the best online FPS for the PS2
... and yeah, KillZone wasnt anywhere close to how cool the commercials made it seem. and might i add, the online play for it is even worse

Killer 7 is coming out on July 7 but too bad it doesn't offer online play.

Battlefield 2 is out now, so if your PC can handle it I would suggest it.

ummm SOCOM 2 sounds good, and unfortunatley my pc is so utterly crap that it cant even handle illustrator and msn running at the same time!

well when i go out this weekend i shall have a look, either MOH or socom it looks like, oh and btw does anyone know about clans and stuff, cos my mate (hardcore onliner) was chattin to me about all this clan warfare and im lyk uh?!?!

Red Faction 2, you'll probably find it cheap. It has great multiplayer too.

yeah i love red faction but my friend has that and im looking for something a little more realistic
