I dont know about anyone else but I have set back one weekend and watched a months worth of anime; i mean every single anime on anime network, bento box, adult swim and anime selects.
The one in particular i was quite found of was marburaho! It was very funny and an interesting anime especially it was different from other magician based storyline anime. it was totally original as far as plot setting and storyline.
But to hit at an action packed anime was nadjica. She was a killer james bond female really. I mean come on everyone loves a women who can kick @$$.
last but not least ROBOT CHICKEN; one word "Hilarious!"

Luck! you have the 24/7 channel !
The free On demand version only updates usually every Thrusday, but sometimes it skips a week and nothing is updated.
For some reason they updated Wolf's Rain from episode 13 to episode 19.
The lowest rated cable company in the nation has a monopoly where I live, is VOD free with digital cable or something? its not available here obviously and I dont plan on it being available anytime in the next 3 or 4 years given adelphias track record (took them 6 years to offer cable internet). I havent had digital cable in awhile and when I did it was a complete waste of money in every way possible, every channel besides tech tv was as low budget as an elementary school news broadcast. On Demand seems to make digital worth it though as long as its free, however I fully expect this piece of shit company to charge about 10 dollars per "demand"

Yeah, I believe VOD is only available through digital cable and its local cable providers including Time Warner, Shaw, Cable Vision, RCN, Cox, Adelphia, Rogers, Bright House, Click! and ComCast. I think the anime network specifically is currently trying to expand itself in North America.
The problem is that some local cable providers may end up charging you for the channel depending on their digital cable plans while others offer it for free.
Yeah, I know what you mean. I have over 1200 channels or so and about almost all of them are useless. VOD is about the only cool thing about digital cable other than the movie channels if you get them and/or want to pay for them seperatly.
Here's the link that answers common questions.

There's a link on the rightside of the website "DEMAND IT!" where you can fill out a form and hopefully get the VOD or 24/7 channel (if not both).
You can try filling out the form to see if your local cable provider will respond to your message.
Do you live in Ohio by any chance Onwakariudo? I think the 24/7 channel is currently available only in Ohio judging by the website.
I know its for digital cable, I was just wondering if they charge you for those VOD channels like HBO or PPV. I have adelphia, which probably has more customers hating it per capita than microsoft (so many people hate them that they even mention it on their site as being the worst rated cable company in the country). I could probably right a 10 page essay on how much I despise everything about adelphia.
I think its ironic that Qwest controls the phone lines in my city and Adelphia controls the cable lines, both are the lowest rated in their respective service and have had a lot of legal trouble due to their practices

Of course I do. My cable company will do just about anything to keep its customers happy, including giving us the anime network and anime network VOD for free (w/ digital cable of course). It was $6 a month (total for both) at one time but they stopped charging for it.

Surly entertaining, ON DEMAND rocks! Fumoffu is funny as h3!! and now im glad the show is getting some hard core action. Hmm*thinking* Cromarti High School is dumb! the stupidity in the show is what brings the humor(totally original); 2 out of 5 though, it was a good start in the beggining and then im losing interest as of now. Wolf's Rain... this is me when its on,*running around for my food, drink and blanket. NO...no where the heck is my remote? {out of breath} got it. (love the anime, why? Wolve's!).

The best Anime on Demand anime is Elfen lied, I just watched all the episodes subbed and it had more of an impact emotionally then any other anime I have ever saw. Elfen Lied is unpradictible, emotional, violante ... and just plane amazing. The ending really gives you the feeling of wanting more and they hinted twords a sequel during the entire anime so I hope they make a sequel or continue it in the manga.
