View Full Version : Guy Savage .aka. Kojimas next game!
Remember in MGS3 when you could play the Snake Nightmare mini-game? Well, rumour has it thats Kojima Productions next game. It might just be speculation but I think its true. If you notice, in the credits it says the mini-game was made by the Guy Savage team. I think this game will rock if its released. Anyone else heard about this?
Come on people, someone must be interested in this.

A interview with Kojima is on gametrailers.com rigth now I think, havent watched it yet, but I think its on that.

Meh, it doesn't seem to have much originality, to be honest I wouldn't care if it never saw the light of day. It was a great way to relax and unleash some bottled fury after sneaking around Russia for hours though.

Thats the thing, there isnt any info apart from its based on that mini-game. I heard about it in OPS2.

Isn't that the one where you just walked down a river for about tne minutes whilst the ghosts of those you killed ran at you?

Is OPS2 a PS2 bbs or something? Because in that case I'd say this whole thing is made up. It's not that uncommon for a small sub-studio to be given a minigame as a project while the main designers work on the real game.
Basicly what I'm saying is that there's no reason to suspect that this is anything more then rumor.
OPS2 is the official ps2 magazine.

Not that I don't believe you. I just want to see what they have to say about the game.
They've basically said what I've said, it could all be bulls**t but I thought it was worth making a thread out of.

You'd think that as a legitimate provider of videogame news and information they'd publish something a little more concrete then vague rumors.
Just because it's not a newspaper doesn't mean you don't need some journalistic integrity.
True, more info would be nice. Especially confirmation that it's being made into a real game.

They are guessing, based on VERY sketchy evidence, that they MIGHT make a game based on that mini game. That's not reporting, that's a bunch of geeks comming up with crackpot theories about their favourite games.
It would be like if I started talking about how awesome the MGS movie is going to be.
Edit: In retrospect, I have more evidence to suggest that there will be a MGS movie then they do to suggest that this game will be made.
