Well, I know they aren't necessary, but one of the other forums I frequent does introductions for new member so everyone gets to know them, so i figured I might as well put one up here.

Hello everyone, I am Lord Zorinthrox. Wherever you see this name, it is me (just in case you do see it and happen to wonder...) I think of myself as a novice game modder, and I draw as much as motivation will drive me, which is often. I'm into all manner of anime and manga, though I have watched few and read fewer. I like the general style - it's clean, even refined. And lets face it - Western animation just doesn't equal the awesome plot constructions and deep story lines that anime/manga can offer. I have been trying to pick up the style for a while, and its going okay, but not great. Not enough practice, and drawing books regarding the subject are generally atrosious or too expensive to collect. So I thought joining an online art community would be more constructive (and free, for that matter). Plus, there is the oportunity for instant feedback from good artists here.

Uhh, so that is why I've come to Polykarbon. I'll be posting shortly in the sketchbooks forums, as that seems to be the best place for, well, sketchbook pics.

Tech-wise (in case anyone is interested; I doubt it though) I have:
->Corel DRAW 9 Graphics Suite - equipped with a very powerful texture generator, support for Photshop and Paintshop files, and animation support exportable to GIF and MPEG.
->An Intuos 3 tablet
