That looks much better. I can't see much wrong with the arms, except that maybe the right one shouldn't bulge out that much, make the bicep smaller and it should be fine.

Thanks for the comment and advice! I definitely get what you're saying as far as the monotonous nature of my sketches goes...That's mostly laziness, along with the fact that I've grown too...
