Hi... I'm 26, in the military, and in NC. I joined mostly for the writing forum, and I have a question... is there any way we could occasionally have a writing competition every now and then as well? Just out of curiosity... I want to be able to win a shiny badge!

Hi everyone! I'm new here, although I've been a fan of / known about PK for years I've only just gotten a forum account.
I'm a 21-year-old female comic artist from Australia. I live with my wonderful partner in the city, and enjoy playing Halo, drawing, reading comics, singing, and shopping.
I look forward to getting to know everyone, and improving my art here!

Hello peoples, you should be able to see my name (look, it's just to the left. No, no your left. no, that's your right), but I've also been known as Ben, Sledgehammer, and Arghgetthatfreakawayfromme. I'm about 97% insane, 26% evil, and, erm...well, I can't think of much else. Oh, yes. I'm a terrible artist, and am in awe of almost every picture I see on here. Mind you, I'm a fairly good author, when I can actually be bothered to sit down and write. Ah, well. Apparently I talk too much as well...

Has anyone seen my elephant?

There was a pun (that I at least thought was funny) where a chain smoker proposes to a snake: 蛇住もうか。

Polykarbon!
Talk about flashbacks.
I just look at my early posts from years ago...I was such a naive little kid. =P

I've already came back to this thread before and reintroduced myself, but I figured I'd do it again.

I'm Naota, the one who probably stole this username from hundreds of other members who probably wanted to take the name "Naota" because "FLCL is so cool." Thankfully I came here in 2004, and got it first, so...in your face and out your butt.

Hello guys!

: D

I am college student now, I don't major in art, I don't plan on doing art as my main career but still want to do it professionally. Reason is, art isn't my only thing( I might still minor in it). I'm also into behavioral science and writing. DiegoM, aka Dassy showed me this place and it was inevitable I come here. ^^

I am also working with her on a collab project thing, we hope it turns out well and coherent.

Just to let you know, I sometimes feel pressured to comment on every new pic, but I don't have the time for that or more often, anything to say. I will try to comment when I can though ^^;

But I look foward to great times here, I've heard others sing the praises about this place.

Here is my DA account, I want to get a fictionpress one soon:

AD's DA account

Hi im DebbieDanger.

1st of: im a man, althou i have a female nickname, wow internet makes everything possible.

oh and im not gay, at least i hope so, no serious oh im talking myself into trouble.

hmm.

My former name here on Polykarbonbbs was sPidErBomb. I read this forum for like 5 or 6 years - started 2001 or so.
And in all that time i managed to post about 100+- posts.

But nearly nobody knows me or confesses to know me.(maybe xept aisuru)

I have a question :do i have to delete my old username?
(maybe tell me that in a PM or so)

Im 22 and from Berlin, Germany. (boo boo)
Im not so good in drawing because i never try with real devotion.
And the most important: my "R" key on the keyboard is messed up so sometimes there are missing "R"s.

Enough chitchat.

-Debbie
