Street Fighter 1vs1 Fight Club!!!!

Hey whats up, its me hanzozuken and i'm starting a street fighter fight club. many people have asked me to start one well here i am. Heres the premise and rules and setup.

First you choose a character. if the character was selected by a previous winner then sorry, choose another. just because you choose someone, does that mean your stuck with him? no it doesnt. you can choose a different character every round. whatever character you choose you must draw a picture of that character, in full outfit preferably but it doesnt matter as long as we get the idea.

Second, the story will be done via 6 pages, 3 per person. the challenger starts off the first page and the winner starts the second so on and so forth.

Last but not least and i know this might seem harsh but i want the quality to be top notch meaning that pages must be inked and not sketchy looking. ink whatever way you want and to what ability you can ink by. i just want the pages to be easy to understand. if you want to color it go ahead but you can submit just black and white pages.

Those are the rules plain and simple. just reply to the thread and i will add you to the list. first come first serve. whoever is next on the list will face the winner of the last fight. are you pumped? i'm pumped so lets get this started.

yeah sure thats fine its not really a tourney kinda setup just one on one until theres a winner then the next person goes in. you can signup again if you lose kinda like at the arcade when you put a quarter up for next in line.

Well, even if I don't exactly understand the rules, I am totally getting in on this. I am obsessed with Street Fighter, a good deal of my lost drawing years were spent playing too much. Very good call on this one Hanzo.

But, you took Ken you rotten bastard! I'll have to get back to you on my character choice now, I've got a few ideas.

well heres the thing though that i'm not sure if people are picking up on so i'll clarify, i kinda made it like an arcade type of setup you choose your character aka draw them. you do a comic story to basically have the 2 characters fight. then the next person comes up and it goes on and on like the energizer bunny. so just because i chose ken right now doesnt mean that you cant choose him because i first would have to win over everyone so far that signed up and "put their quarter down". get it?

Ok, so it's basically arcade-style, winner stays until he is beaten. Does the winner draw up new pages, or is it based on his original pages vs the new challenger's? As for the pages, it is 3 pages of action ending in a super move or other finisher. Do we draw this as beating up on our opponent and post all at once, or are we alternating pages with our opponent?

Anyway, I'm drawing up my Sagat now.

It would be cool if someone drew up a pic of 3 judges holding up cards, and you could put people's avatars in them after the judges vote and posted the image to declare the winner.
